1. Operational Principle
Wastewater is distributed evenly in the declining grating net after it flows into the upper overflow tank of the equipment through the inlet pipe. It flows along the grating net by gravity; water flows down from the grating net gap, and then falls into the bottom water tank of the equipment to drain away. The solid materials are trapped in the grating net, and under the effect of subsequent flow impulsive force and own gravity, it moves to the grating net bottom falling into the slag collection device. The separation of solid materials and wastewater is then complete.
2. Structure Features and Applications
This equipment is suitable for removing minor non-sticky fibrous and particulate matter. The main part of the grating uses inverted trapezoidal cross-section stainless steel to weld together. Its advantages are: good water capability, no clogging, corrosion resistance, easy to clean, simple structure of equipment, energy-efficient due to less power consumption, reliable operation of equipment, convenient installation and use.
