TriTech’s technologies in membranes, process technologies and in real time monitoring systems can be best put to use in designing the requirements given by the user. Since customization provides a wide variety of options, it helps the user to determine their requirement more precisely. TriTech utilizes these technologies to provide the best possible realization to your proposed conceptual design. This can be best illustrated by an example provided below.
TriTech PoraMax membrane is used as CMF process for water production.
The main advantage of using is to get consistent and stable water quality, less fluctuation due to changes in raw water quality. Hence these membranes are used to get the CMF process.
We will show another example of how the membrane can be used for customized requirement. We shall use the PermaMax membrane here. The membranes are held together into a membrane skid as shown below.
This membrane is used to produce product water of reliable quality. Other advantages such as low cost, compact design, ease of maintenance etc., are used in the Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) process. The design is shown below and the final implemented solution to the process is also obtained.
