KLCS Rotary Coarse Screen
KLCS Rotary Coarse Screen is a device which automatically removes various impurities. It is a pre-treatment separation equipment with good treatment effects, which currently, is widely used in various industries in wastewater treatment facilities.
1) Equipment Features
1.1. This equipment is an integral structure. Its working depth, width and the diameter of required intercepted dirt are made according to the manufacturing requirements. The installation is extremely convenient. The equipment is fixed on the water inlet channel by only four basal bolts. The electric control box can be ready for use when connect to power supply.
1.2. Main components: grating chain composed by tooth harrow, stainless steel; ABS engineering plastic or nylon manufacturing, in the transmission system with overload safety pin, good corrosion resistance, long service life, less mechanical failure without underwater repairs.
1.3. Energy saving: only provide a small power motor, without other power source; no noise, convenient operation, continuous work, discontinuity allowed, environmental hygiene.
